We do not charge extra for plastic wrap, tape, or moving blankets. We use plastic wrap to protect your couches, tables, and other items. Additionally, we cover your furniture with moving blankets before wrapping with plastic to prevent damage or scratches. Our furniture movers provide these materials free of charge, with no additional fees for packing or service. And don't bother packing your clothes from your closet - we provide wardrobe boxes to conveniently store your hanging garments.

What is the double drive time charge?
According to California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC), moving companies are required to charge Double drive time If the distance between the pick-up and drop-off addresses is more than 10 miles.
For example, If it takes 15 minutes to drive, then we will charge you for 30 minutes.
Do you have insurance or protection if something is damaged?
We always try to avoid damages, but they sometimes occur unfortunately. All Movers include for free some limited protection that refunds at 60 cents per pound for anything completely lost or damaged. If you want actual insurance, you can buy a Move Policy from a 3rd party insurance company.
